Have had this a few times, always a winner. Plum, earth, licorice, dried herbs, orange rind, soft tannins and nice acid. Great with homemade spaghetti and meatballs day two 👍🏻

Elevage in cement tanks has really seen the freshness of this wine take centre stage with aromas of tart red fruits, some dried cranberry, blackcurrant pastille, some leafiness with slight orange zest and Campari like bitters coming through too. Delicious on it own but with that perfect pitched acidity and leathery tannin profile go at this with wild boar Ragu for extra pleasure 🍝

Homemade pasta in a paper bowl, easy drinking super Tuscan, I'm in! Black olive, fennel, dusty earth, soft tannins and acid that wants food. Yum.

Approachable, zippy, cherry chianti. Complex with smooth encroaching tannin. Very well balanced.

Fancy venison roast or sauce with garlic.

イタリアで最も普及している葡萄品種のサンジョベーゼを使ったイタリアンのワイン。飲みごたえがあるけど、コルクを抜いてからすぐでも飲みやすく、イタリアワインの魅力を初めて体験できた。

(15.5/20) Вино с ароматами засахаренной вишни, сушеной клюквы, кедра, ванили. Довольно высокая кислотность и чуть суховатые, но ненавязчивые танины. Горчинка во вкусе. В целом неплохо.
