This is very good. Would compare with wines at twice the price. Great character , minerality with slight apple notes. Very similar to Salon in many ways. Disgorged in Feb 2018.

2005 vintage; just awesome! This producer will always be on my bucket list, despite that I've been fortunate to taste most of the produce in the last 10+ years. I truly adore what their doing!

May 2014 lot, degorged August 2019. 2020/12/31 with horsehair crab, karaage and toshikoshi soba. Deep aromas of brioche, pears and custard, oyster shell and stone. Steely and persistent, but with round richness to balance. Noticeably deeper, more powerful, more tangy and saline than the Terroirs.

Very impressive for the balance. Med gold, shy nose, and green apple and pear notes. Very good, but not great.
