Pretty minimal champagne. I have definitely had much more interesting and diamond cut agrapart juices and in this case I'm thankful to have gotten this on discount and sharing it with simple minded folks. Pink bubbles tho...pink bubbles. And the dry cold lean champagne character is still evident and unique. Still beating out any sparkling wine (non champagne) I have placed on my table for terroir.
