Nice fresh wine, with a subtle frisante. Herby tones, a bit off dry. (Certainly not sweet). Bit of tart citric zest. Great appetizer, but works with chicken-tomatoes as well. Super nice gift.

Definitely leans vegetal in aromatics with classic spritzy, refreshing fruit and acidity through palate. The best mineral water money can buy!

Pale straw with green reflexes. Some residual co2 visible . This is fresh and direct on the nose , some floral hints , citrus and seashells . There is tension here , and the mineral element is heightened by the prick of co2 . Green apple , lemon rind , quite linear , but there is enough body there , and reasonable salty seaside finish. Fresh and zippy. Well made , individual and thoroughly refreshing. Drink now .
