Drier than the 2020 Bollenberg Riesling, very petrol/diesel at this point, this needs further aging to soften the big acid edges, good.

Enjoyed a cozy glass of this more or less Spätlese style Riesling at Little Bird to go w a foie gras dish at Little Bird that was incoherently designed. The wine was lovely, rather delicate, both wet slate & tropical with bright passion fruit acidity. Too bad the wine was willing to dance but the the foie was a clumsy idea...
