Willamette Valley Chardonnay

Star bright yellow gold. Ripe apple and ginger on the abundant nose. Echoed in the medium full palate with orange rind and flint from entry to lengthy finish. Medium plus acidity and near absence of malo places this squarely in the food-friendly "Burgundian" camp. Enjoy with a wide range of fare from seafood to poultry stews to roasted pork. Drink now.

Golden nugget of pear, honey, and cantaloupe, with some other melons. Easy drinker and pleaser.

Translucent yellow. Lively citrus and orchard fruit scents are complemented by hints of pungent flowers and ginger. Juicy and focused on the palate, offering zesty lemon, yellow apple and sweet butter flavors that slowly unfurl through the midpalate. 2009 Vintage- brioche nose, cooked peach and acid still bright -

Light, tropical and a slightly tangy citrus note.

Peach, and cooked apple. Silky texture and spicy acid finish. Something is a bit off putting.

Light apple pear. Mid palate texture and mineral acid pears. $22

2012 Adelsheim Chardonnay! Notes of free apple. Slight acidity at the front of the tongue with some lingering tartness. Nice zingy finish.
