2011's from the Willamette Valley are tasting absolutely amazing, a combination of fruit and earth that exceeds all expectations.

Aromatic - red cherry and spice. M+ acid, body, and tannin. A little too much oak for my taste.

Such a great food wine. Vibrant acidity, full of energy! Lifted floral (roses and violets) aromatics and a palate full of sour cherry, kola, earth/black tea and hints of mocha and coffee on the finish. Plenty of structure to develop complexity and mature for many years.

2011 is rocking right now, beautiful balance of fruit and earth, great acidity to keep you coming back for more.

No nose even after an hour or two. Tasted like lightly flavored cherry water. Disappointing. 😕

This is really lovely wine, with nice acidic balance and good depth of flavor. A big step up from the regular Adelsheim Pinot, which to me was too candied in 2012.

Purple. Smoke, cherry and a hint of menthol-mint in nose. Plum and cherry fruit leather in the mouth. Citrus pith and lingering seed bitterness, but pleasantly so on finish. Can age longer but drinking well now
