Pale lemon with aromas of white flesh fruits, spice and herb notes. On the palate white peach, apple and tangy lemon citrus flavors with smoky earthy tones and spice. Well balanced, medium finish ending with lemon zest, wet stone and slight pepper spice notes. Very Nice value.

This wine is really interesting. Normally, I love gruner veltliner, but I’ve never had one from Italy. This tastes more like a really good riesling than most gruners (not that this is a bad thing).

Had it on a White Mountain hike among the granite cliffs and autumn colors. A bigger Gruner with Apple and lemon and some baking spices. Great mineral backbone. Wonderful in this setting in this season.
