An off-dry sparkler, I believe it has a bit of Riesling in blend, mostly Colombard. Color is deep yellow soft bead and mousse, showing ripe fruit and honey aromas. On the palate flavors of ripe peach, apricot and sweet candied honey. Medium finish ending with fruit, sweet notes and slight citrus character. Too sweet in my opinion.

Sparkling, clear, pale gold in color; on the nose, it's clean with medium intensity primary aromas of yellow apples and lemon curd; on the palate, it's off-dry with medium acidity, low alcohol, light body, and medium intensity flavors of lemon, honeydew, and pear with a medium finish. This wine is simple, but balanced. Overall, I rate this wine as acceptable.
