Damn, my first flask like bottle of wine and one of the best whites for me this year. Best Sylvaner ever for sure, no doubt of that! Aromas of citrus and stone fruits, with dry dusty cracked rock minerality and a slight funky pungency. Like biting into a fresh apricot, then into a sweet pink grapefruit, juicy with perfect acids. Medium+ body, excellent length and profoundly balanced and pure.
