I would buy this $40 champagne 🍾 from Aldi again, I enjoyed it!

It was the texture that first hooked me, super smooth and silk like. It definitely has a tartness to it, however I love a zingy citrus, green apple acid driven tipple so this is up my alley. There was also a hint of toasty-ness to it.

We enjoyed it with homemade pizza and it surprisingly made a great accompaniment. It’d be fantastic with things like fish & chips too, as it would cut through the grease perfectly 👌

Its also a great champagne to drink in your pj’s on a Sunday night #justsayin 😉

Still not impressed with the #KirklandBrand of #wines. This #Prosecco clocks in at a whopping $6.99 (sarcasm abound) and is light across the board between flavor profile to nose to palate. I'm getting something of a wet sponge after you clean the black boards in detention. Not overly appealing but then again nothing horribly offensive. This #Prosecco would be better suited for brunch #mimosa or Bellini cocktails. Again, it's $6.99 and one could say that's the reasoning but I've had #Cava from #TotalWines in the same price point that drank better, with more character. #justsayin — 10 years ago
