Vintage 2003 - Chasse Spleen from this hot year has developed in to a ‘Grand Seigneur’. A Noble wine with a classic complex smell: dark fruits, plums, a hint of ‘poop’ stable, cedar. Beautiful developed taste (à Point) with chocolate, good acidity. Besides this the wine still has a certain austerity, which I like. #chassespleen#moulis#bordeaux — 7 years ago
