Follow up: apparently it hasn't helped, ha! Get some dust and licorice now, but also an odd very green chemically pyrazine aroma and taste now too. Not green pepper. Odd green note. Makes me think of a bottle of 02 (i think) a bunch of us had blind a while ago...no one even picked it as cab. This now reminds me of that bottle @Joe Tucker rating reflects that — 8 years ago

Ok, I'm being dramatic, it's not terrible, just not what I'm used to drinking anymore.
Strong blackberry, graphite, anise, oak, touch of saline, mint, not too tannic on the palate actually. Fairly smooth.
