Four Winds Willamette Valley Chardonnay

Tried both the 12 and the 13 during Oregon Chard weekend. Both blew me away with their tingly salinity/brine/freshness. Top 5 OR Chards fo sho.

Apricot and melon with a hint of wood and butter on the nose. Palate is glorious with acid and fruit sizzling before softening to a funky buttery finish that actually lengthens and balances the finish. It lasts and lasts but not forever and that's what I want cus Tyson made this one into a superhero that could rescue my tastebuds from boredom every day!!

Fine intensity and complexity with an interesting citrus and tropical fruit profile. Balanced with bright acidity on palate. Missing tension and depth though. Med finish. #crowley #chardonnay #willamette #oregon #usa #ctbucklinwine

Too much oak on day one; saved by the acidity and pretty impressive by day three.
