One of my favorite wines under $20 right now. Lime zest dominates, with notes of green apple, underripe pear, quince, honeydew, underripe pineapple core, and a chalky salinity. Some leesy goodness (hint of Greek yogurt on the nose), which also lends this wine vivacity and texture.
