Last night I opened the 2017 Dominio de Pingus Psi Tempranillo. From the Ribera Del Duero Spain.
On the nose there is black cherry, black plum, fig, tomato, leather, spice and earth.
On the palate is cherry, plum, black currant, clove, dill, cedar, mocha and a nice earthy component.
This wine is full bodied with medium+ acidity and medium + grainy tannins that goes into a long dark & red fruit fruit finish. Please stay safe and healthy for the weekend is upon us. Nostrovia! 🍷🍷🍷🍷

Cosecha 2017 tomado en enero de 2021. Bueno pero creo que ha perdido algo de carácter, no merece la pena a pesar de un buen precio por debajo de 30€.
