When Sancerre marries Chablis, and they have a little kid called Fino Sherry. F**king amazing!

Just delicious. Fairly complex. Interesting. Better now than a few years ago.

At lark in Seattle. Flavors of saline and butter. Good body after some breathing time. Very light on initial open.

Dense on nose (showing some maturity?). Yellow aromas all through: apple, grapefruit, curry and some grassiness, some lactose. Kind of viscose, powerful on palate with some alcohol burn on finish, but is paired with a high acidity that balances it quite nicely. A bit of nice grapefruit-bitterness in structure. Needs a good food pairing to bring down the alcohol somewhat.

Saline and lime-y. Very reductive initially and needed time to open up. I’d give it at least another year
