At lark in Seattle. Flavors of saline and butter. Good body after some breathing time. Very light on initial open.

Dense on nose (showing some maturity?). Yellow aromas all through: apple, grapefruit, curry and some grassiness, some lactose. Kind of viscose, powerful on palate with some alcohol burn on finish, but is paired with a high acidity that balances it quite nicely. A bit of nice grapefruit-bitterness in structure. Needs a good food pairing to bring down the alcohol somewhat.

16.5. Good example of Assyrtiko, to be drunk seaside with Mediterranean fish. V dry, good fruit, lemon colour and some citrus on palate. M length.

Saline and lime-y. Very reductive initially and needed time to open up. I’d give it at least another year
