Complex and flavorful Riesling, with a symphony of flavors that evolves as you drink it. Apricot and peach and pineapple and other white fruit, with a touch of sweetness. A perfect example of the Alsatian style of Riesling.

Lemon curd & jasmine on the nose. Tastes like white gummy bear in the best way possible. Medium body. Happy tension. Nice spice on the finish. Perfect for an early fall pairing with smoky pancetta, white bean & chard on toasty sourdough.
