Surprised how this steep/rocky site can produce such a beautifully delicate wine. Nuanced yet offering considerable depth and complexity. Meyer lemon, lime curd, honeydew, kiwi, gooseberry, meringue brûlée, lemon balm, chervil, tarragon, wet and crumbled limestone, pink sea salt.
