Wonderful fruit against a bashful French oak undercurrent. Crowd pleaser and a Volnay showpiece. Bravo.

Fruits noirs, une bouche assez droite, belle acidité, finesse et équilibre. 91-92

Darker fruit profile, the palate is straight, nice acidity and balanced tannins.

2015 - this may be showing the effects of its travels - good solid mid weight flavors lingering finish - would like to taste this again after its been here for a while - just lacking a little integration today but still quite nice
