Absolutely delightful. Berries, herbs, and floral notes on the nose. Super well balanced, exposing subtle earthy flavors. Great tartness helps give it lots of life. First Loire Valley style wine and I want more.

French grapes in Oregon?! Who's have thunk it? 'Tour Rain', a play on the Loire Valley's Touraine region, home to Gamay and Cab Franc, has quite alot of rain...Just like in Oregon, home to Leah Jorgensen. Brilliant!
The wine is quite good, with lush red fruits, spice, roasted bell pepper and roses.

From pop and pour, the wine is floral and playful. But with an hour's air, it becomes a truly Oregonian, truly beautiful expression of Loire Touraine. Acid, mineral, and fruit all balance tastily.

Much more balanced than previous efforts and something I find extremely compelling. Nose is highly perfumey, with dark berries and currants gushing onto the palate and finishing with sweet leather and chanterelles. Beautiful marriage between Cab Franc and Gamay! Good job, Leah!
