Young and taut nose full of lemon zest, lemon curd, green apple and mineral aromas. There is a touch of yeast complexity but this is squarely on the mineral side. Laser focused on the palate with really dynamite citrus fruit tones. There is. Lovely level of ripeness which balances the wines tension.
