In 1833, Louis Roederer inherited company his uncle & renamed company under his namesake. Medium lemon with fresh fruit aromas, nice mousse, rapid bubbles and yeasty notes. On the palate flavors of citrus, raspberry & toasty apple, crisp & refreshing, long finish ending with lemon, smoke & toasty yeasty mineral notes. Nice!
