Monterey Malvasia Bianca

The gorgeous aromatics and wonderful acid always make up for the sweetness in this wine.

Tropical and good fresh acidity and just gulp after gulp! :)

Incredibly aromatic nose of honeysuckle, lychee and white peaches. Palate is refined and delicious. Pure. Finishes dry.

Very Muscat-esque but completely dry.

Sweet on the front of the pallet with a dry finish. Floral with scents of elderflower. Refreshing and flavorful.

Just dry enough for me, and some delightful acid to boot.

Peacock Label. Started out with a bit of reduction, then really opened up. Would recommend decanting. A little more body/texture than the regular Malvasia.

Very interesting wine. Super floral and aromatic, smells like papayas, ripe melon, peaches in syrup, but doesn't taste nearly as sweet as it smells. Light and dry, and a little spicy.

A delight with a screw cap! Floral as heck, lychee, tropical fruit, med acid. Lots of malo here--very creamy and full. I'd love a case of this to have around.
