Really needs time to find its balance. Just too much heat hides the low rs caramel, salted shroom notes. Otherwise perfect winter food wine.

Dry, with a hint of sweetness. Walnut husks, bitter almonds, mace, burnt sugar, orange zest. Lovely.

Funky and interesting. My first time really concentrating when tasting a sherry, and my first oloroso. The overall theme of this wine is nuts. Would be great with cheese and stew on a cold winter night.
