They say to drink this as quickly as possible. They are totally wrong. A year after release and this is just singing. More and more, I want to drink "en rama" sherry with a little hint of age, maybe a year or two after release. Kinda like some NV champagne.

A bit of sherry solidarity from the other coast, from an underdog (which is really an overdog, thus the weird realities of Jerez)

This is a completely inappropriate digestif but I'm crazy like that.

Immediate yet complex: nutty, salty, slowly baking apples. Refreshing, but with a long finish. Give me a barrel of this and I'd drink it all.

Fresh as milk, salty, briny, firing on all cylinders. Outstanding. We skipped the ubiquitous GB when in Jerez, will make sure to stop by next trip.

Not for me. Very woody, dry touch. Gained from temp but still quite an aquired taste.

Tio Pepe, Fino en rama, Gonzales Byass, 100 % Palomino fino.
