Delectable Featured Wine

If Château de Brézé is reminiscent of Montrachet, Boudignon has the feel of a great Chablis. Downright electric with stellar acidity and flinty minerality, it has tightly packed finger lime, chervil and sea salt aromatics that unfurl magically with a bit of air. This wine loves a good decant.
