My wine, though I couldn't pick it out in this flight. Took the longest to open up - 2 hrs decanted - and finally gave up black tea, warm woodsy stems and light berry. An airy-lightness with medium body of dark cherry fruit. Fine sweet tannins and longest finish of the flight, neat waves of minerality and acidity woven in. Impressive, 5+ years to peak. Joe's Wine Buds Red Burgs in the Blind. #2 of 6.
