Wow! Really nice! Tart red dried fruit, red licorice with good acid. Kind of Cru Beaujolais-ish. Love it!

Good balance but lots of too-sweet right now fruit. More generically friendly than I expected. Persistent, with a bone dry finish.

Drank well upon opening but it really blossomed after 30 mins...wow. It’s in a very good window now and can hold it you would like. But why?
