Nov 1st, 2015Ripe sour cherry, rhubarb, strawberry, orange peel, very spicy, lots of acid. With time in the glass you could mistake it for Grand Cru Burgundy. Very surprising how good this wine is!

Clear, red orange, wide rim.
Nose of truffles!! (Also cooked button mushrooms and cherries)
On the palate, candied cherries with high high acid. Like Riesling!! So refined and light. Sour cherry and mushroom candy. Like a good Pinot with extra acid.
