Stunning wine in the zone. Power, finesse, balance—a great Ramonet though not much of the characteristic mint.

Very pretty. A touch soft. Creamy toasty. If it hadn’t been tasted side by side with the 2005 BBM it would have stood out more

hints of herbs, super citrus, great acidity, menthol—it’s Ramonet!

The aromas are superb. Lemon curd, pear skin and peach are accented with lovely spice and mineral notes that are really focused. Slightly fat and rich on entry with great apple and lemon zest fruit. Wine quickly showcases the minerality and zest of top end white Burgundy. Focused and rich finish but always a dynamite brightness. This is a real treat.
