Amazing wine. Starting to show secondary flavors of truffles and stewed fruit, yet still retains bright, tart youthful red fruits too. Getting so many layers of flavors - maple syrup, cherry jolly ranchers, red currants, on and on.

It was big on the nose and big on the finish. Nice balance in between. Oakville wines take the cake..

Showing great as always. Starts dense and tight, and unwinds gradually but remains somewhat understated and refined, and with a great range of flavors from blue and blackberries to licorice to tar. Nicely balanced.

From a 6 liter bottle opened and then poured into several pitchers - decanters. This wine was fantastic to celebrate dad’s 70th birthday with the entire extended family.

Good fruit and nice depth to it. Easy to drink and paired well with chateaubriand, penne alla vodka and eggplant parm.
