Well-made, creamy Blanc de Blancs. One of the creamiest Champagnes I have had. Maybe not my favorite style in that there is little fruit flavor, and perhaps a little expensive, but no one could say that it’s not an exemplary Blanc de Blancs and a classic.

Delightful... lemon zest, green apple, brioche on the nose through fine bubbles.... but seriously, who's gonna hate it????
