Maybe it's 'gone to sleep', but seems this has nothing to offer. Silky, but so restrained its rendered insipid.

Double decanted and drank (some decent sediment). Ruby/red color. On the nose: black cherry, cigar box, plum, currants. Taste: big black cherry, spice, pencil lead, tannins/acidity a little bitter at the end. Med finish..drink over next 5 years

2008 Chateau Gloria: dark garnet color, smell of fresh red berries- raspberry, currant. Slightly acidic.
