3 hours after, it was just starting to grow.
My recommendation: forget it for a decade at least. It's a mistake to drink this wine now.

Feb 3rd, 2015A plump soft nose with lovely fruit, hints of herb. Very plush and soft. Maybe a whiff of black olive. On the palate (this wine is quite warm) this is very lush and quite ripe but pure. A nice tart/sour element in the finish which is long. Some time ahead but very rounded and approachable now.
