Blanc de Blancs Champagne

Light bright and refreshing. Green apple and nice acid.

Linseed oil. Yellow plums. Upfront plush with waves of acidity. Very good. Needs a classier label.

Apple, lemon, honey, dried apricot, blood orange and hints of oak. Great acidity and balance.

Henriot is a bit of a house Champagne for us. Consistent. Tasty. Can't go wrong.

It's sunny and just over 30°F today, so fire in the chimnea time! First flames of 2019.

Nose has warmed pear spread on lightly toasted brioche, lemon curd lite and wet limestone.
Palate has great mineral core surrounded by ripe pear, under-ripe yellow apple and touch of pineapple core.

Great bottle to start our afternoon.

So good, even with a curious soul sneaking into my picture.

Focused, crisp, clean, citrus and peach.
