Quite good. I've had this in my cellar for a bit (2 years?). Developing nicely with lemon curd and green apple and button mushrooms. The glass gets a 10/10. :)

Ripe apple, pear, mineral, and slate, the palate adds more depth with bread notes, focused and clean acidity with a little leezy baby fat. Masses of bubbles and fine, delicate mousse.

Wonderful yeast and bread dough on the nose. The 100% chardonnay gives it a crisp finish. I could drink this all night.
