Totally decent Prosecco with nice minerality and floral notes. A pleasant surprise.

Dry, but refreshing with subtle hints of Granny Smith apples without being overly tart.

Green apple and ripe pear up front, crisp and mineral with a nice dry finish

Nutty, good bubbles, persistent perlage, has a dry character but fruit, slightly bitter finish, in a nice way

This was fantastic with our Christmas crab claws.
