Pale gold; medium intensity aromas of lemon, lime, white grapefruit, white peach, gooseberry, grassiness, brioche, biscuit; dry, frothy mousse that dissipates quickly, then small, moderately persistent bubbles, high acid, medium alcohol, medium body, medium plus intensity flavors of lemon, lime, white grapefruit, white peach, gooseberry, grass, brioche, toast; very good, medium finish, complex and integrated flavors, surprised I enjoyed this as much as I did
