Great stuff. Dark fruits, stemmy earthiness, hint of violets, nice acid. Could probably pass as a pinot. Yum!

Reminds me of Pinot. Has a little bit of spice and bit of earthiness. Definitely aerate or decant as it gets even better. Delicious.

Almost a vegetal or asparagus flavor that yields to aromatic fruit. Good structure, some minerality. Different for a gamay, but nice.
