This 2011 is a sherry lovers white wine!! It is unfined and unfiltered so it is cloudy but that just adds to the wide variety of flavor intensity! Pronounced nose intensity of beeswax, iodine, roasted macadamia nuts, ripe pears and herbal notes. The palate explodes with notes of pears, white peaches, beeswax, white pepper and roasted nuts. It is a full body wine with an oily texture and still has good acidity to pull it to a long finish.
