Pours a ruddy ruby. Nose is a nice combo of crushed red fruits, clean fungi/button mushroom, and forest floor. Some definite sediment in this wine. Very solid new world effort.

Fresh cranberry and pomegranate with a hint of earthy, funky beetroot notes. Nothing really jumps out, but it has loads of underlying complexity

Perfumed and very floral with subtle sweet earthy tones. Concentrated fruit with great acidity. NZ can make some damn good Pinot.

New to @gezelligdining Big black fruit note, hint of smoke, and a bit of baking spice. Definitely a big Pinot, but showing a ton of elegance. First time trying their wines and this definitely didn't disappoint

Not a typical Pinot noir! Concentration was dark, tannins were elevated. Red and black fruit. Candied flavors.

Deep garnet color, black cherry, some black licorice and anise as secondary flavor, tea, bit of black pepper. Overall rich fruit and acidity in balance. Medium to light weight on palate. Nice lingering finish.
