Tried a new NV batch. A blend of 92% Pinot and 8% Chardonnay, pale salmon color, resulting from Vin Gris (white wine made from red grapes). Aromas of red berry fruits and biscuit notes. The palate shows strawberry & juicy cherry flavors with hints of lemon citrus. Tiny lively bubbles, creamy texture, frothy mousse, hints of mineral and yeasty notes show on the medium finish. Great CA bubbly for drinking now.

For the price...pretty delish. Reminds me more of a cava than traditional blanc de noirs. A well-made cava. Strawberry, tangerine, and citrus blossom, not much complexity but very gulpable
