Bottle showing some premature age. Probably due to improper temp storage prior to purchase. It came around but glad we drank it young. Brooding smoky profile. Not my fave from this producer

Jan 29th, 20222 years back this wasn’t even worth a post. Quite simple, angular. Now, with a bit of air, fresh and vibrant, almost silky and with a certain clarity of bing cherry, ripe strawberry. Tea. Nice.
