Cipreses Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc

This bottle feeling alcoholicly overripe w guava nectar aromas. Still plenty of acid but balance doesn't seem as good as I remember.

This bottle was singing with a plucked string of tart green fruits that resonated w my palate.

Pale green yellow. Aromas of creamy talc, not as distinctly topical/grassy as previous versions I've had. The acid in this vintage also seems quite soft and lacks the dri e and energy I was hoping to find. Will try another bottle soon, then wait on additional bottles.

Still delicious at 5 years old, yay, Stelvin! Pale color. Nose of passion fruit and citrus. Broadly textured and delicious w food, which made for no returns on day two (drank it all in one sitting).

One of the best Chilean SBs out there. Grapes grown on a particularly cool sight and hand-crafted by the Marin family. This 5 year old example still shows beautiful crisp fruit with primary notes of passion fruit and gooseberry. The finish is lingering and elegant; a brilliant wine.

Very aromatic with ripe lychee and white flowers. Ripe tropical fruit with med + acidity. Very enjoyable right now. Deserves very specific pairings. #chile #sauvingnonblanc #casamarin

Crunchy, floral, herbal, springy, complex and refreshing. Should work wonders w/ fennel salad and broiled salmon.

Sour, nasty Sauvignon Blanc. Very lemony and filled with grass. Not a good purchase. Anything from New Zealand would be far superior.

Riktigt krispig Sauvignon med alla de klassiska dragen. Lime, krusbär, vinbärsblad, nässlor, vitpeppar och anis. Bra vikt, ren och matkompatibel.
