Green pepper, grass with a little apple — 2 months ago
Another Cabo Costco find for under $15. I’m not a Pinot fan, didn’t have high hopes for a PN from Chile but was surprised by this wine, probably because it has more characteristics of a cab than a Pinot. — 3 months ago
Riktigt krispig Sauvignon med alla de klassiska dragen. Lime, krusbär, vinbärsblad, nässlor, vitpeppar och anis. Bra vikt, ren och matkompatibel. — 2 months ago
Pretty good pinot noir. Bit on the tangy side. Drunk this one before, liked it less. Seem to age well. — 2 months ago

Oh María Luz you are a rockstar. I lovingly carried this bottle back from my first trip to Chile, having been bowled over by this fierce female winemaking pioneer who runs Casa Marin with her son. From the chilliest part of San Antonio Valley, a stone’s throw from the sea, Luz’s wine shimmer with acidity and vibrate with energy. At 12 years of age this Syrah is absolutely singing with gorgeous green olive salinity backed by blackberry bramble, dried herbs, white pepper and dried currants. Fantastic acidity and faint tannins make this an utterly effortless mouthful. I wish I had another bottle. Or five. — a month ago
