Sturdy

Overripe red fruit bomb. One dimensional and not my cup of tea

Don't drink a lot of CA Pinot but this was a really nice halfsy. Would drink again!

Good nose but lacks complexity.

2010 Martin Ray Russian River Valley Pinot Noir

On the nose there is strawberry, raspberry, black cherry, Carmel, cola, earthy spice and dusty soil.

On the palate there is new strawberry, raspberry, a flint minerality and some spice.

Medium acidity, integrated medium tannins with a medium body.

Smooth, light Pinot Noir with Lobster pasta at Roberto’s in Ogunquit

Fruity smell but earthy taste. Went well with surf and turf!

Excellent Wine. Russian river valley always delivers. Not the best Russian river I've had and probably at the low end but still an excellent wine
