Candied, juicy cherries and herbs on the nose. Very easy to drink, sour cherries and strawberries on the palate, bit of herbs and spice but not overwhelming. Acidity kicks in early, leaves you wanting more.

1999 - incredibly dark just about opaque. Wonderful mushroom scented nose, showing maturity with incredible balance and oh so lite on its feet. Drinking very well an excellent bottle

Deep dark fruited nose, follows through to the palate where it picks up earth and spice. Tannins need to resolve. Everything is there except the maturity.
