Delicious Brunello that goes beautifully with everything. Can't go wrong: good producer, exceptional vintage, nice bit of age on it. The bottle showed beautifully and opened up nicely over two hours or so. Could have done with even more air maybe.

Lovely Brunello, especially for Burgundy lovers. This violet-laced, ripe cherry, and sandalwood Brunello will leave you wanting more. With a 1 hour decant, it's ready to go for those who are fine with the high tannins and acidity. Certainly, it can handle 10+ years of cellaring, but it's hard to resist now. Wow.

Stellar Sangiovese drinking perfectly at peak. Rolling with 30 minutes of air. Dried red fruit, herbs, sarsaparilla, orange peel, saddle leather, tobacco leaf. Beautiful, smooth, and lengthy on the palate.
Just a bit boozy on the finish.
