Casajus 2010 - 100% Tempranillo. Let it breathe and it'll cover you in silken kisses, chocolate cherries and licorice ropes.

Didn't have time to decant---Powerful, concentrated, oaky Tempranillo. Perfect with the ribeye. So in other words, I really like it.

Fresh and balanced, the fruit is there but so is a good dose of acidity. Not your typical overdone RdD, this is also full of charm and structure. Firm and young tannins need 30-60 minutes in a decanter or wait 6 months for them to settle in.

Decanted 24 hours. Opened into lush glycerol, fatty, red pepper flakes, raspberries, speculating barrels were toasted briefly at a high heat, uncaramelized oak sugars.

This dark red Ribera del Duero from Calvo Casajus offers dark plum and berries, some earthiness and stable. 100% Tinta del Pais aka Tempranillo. It is very smooth, fresh with fine tannines

I had 2008 year. Honestly the wine is a little tired already.
